The Professional:

My passion for creating began at an early age. Whether I was building cities out of mud and cardboard for my Hot Wheels, assembling model cars and airplanes, or designing paintball arenas as a teenager. I loved taking an idea and bringing it to life. Looking back, I realize those projects sparked the same curiosity and creativity that still drive me today.

As I entered my junior year of high school, I was convinced architecture was my future. When I enrolled at my local university, I discovered there wasn't an architecture program. That unexpected detour became one of the best decisions of my life. I gave civil engineering a chance and quickly found myself drawn to the balance of applied science, creative problem-solving, and thoughtful design. I had found my path.

Over the past 17 years, I've been fortunate to work on a wide variety of civil engineering projects that have shaped my experience, perspective, and continually challenged me to grow. I found my passion in leading large-scale developments where creativity extends far beyond the drawings. Every project requires balancing engineering principles, architectural vision, client goals, and real-world constructability. I enjoy bringing people together, navigating complex challenges, and finding thoughtful solutions that transform ideas into places where people can live, work, and build community.

There is nothing more rewarding than driving past a completed project and seeing it become part of someone's everyday life. It serves as a constant reminder that thoughtful engineering has the opportunity to shape not only our built environment, but the communities of tomorrow.

The Inner Flame:

I have an adventurous spirit that thrives on experiencing new places and embracing the unfamiliar. Whether through travel or living in different communities, I enjoy learning about local cultures, discovering great food, listening to new music, and building meaningful relationships wherever life takes me. Every place has a story to tell, and I appreciate the opportunity to experience it from the perspective of the people who live there.

When it's time to unplug, you'll usually find me in the mountains. Camping, fishing, hiking, and backpacking remind me to slow down, embrace life's simple moments, and appreciate the beauty of the outdoors. Those quiet moments remind me to appreciate the journey, stay curious, and remain grounded in the things that matter most.
